Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AlgoStrike you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AlgoStrike is a technology platform that connects to your Zerodha account via the official Kite Connect API to fetch market data, publish trading signals, and execute orders you authorize. AlgoStrike does not provide investment advice and is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to trade in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, broker API keys, and account access secure.

3. Trading risk

Trading in securities and derivatives is risky and may result in the loss of your entire capital. All trades, automated or manual, are placed in your own broker account and are your sole responsibility. AlgoStrike makes no guarantee of profit and provides no warranty that signals or strategies will be accurate or profitable.

4. Authorization to act

By connecting Zerodha and enabling automation features, you authorize AlgoStrike to call the Kite Connect API on your behalf to read account data and place, modify, or cancel orders strictly according to the rules and triggers you configure. You may revoke this authorization at any time from the Brokers page.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Fees

Pricing is shown on the website. We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice. Brokerage, exchange charges, taxes, and other fees imposed by Zerodha or regulators are separate and are paid by you to your broker.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or pose security or legal risk. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@algostrike.in.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoStrike's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, broker outages, exchange outages, slippage, missed signals, or third-party (including Zerodha or Meta) failures.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 7 days before they take effect.
